Orders placed before 12pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you refuse a shipment from Koko Tribe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Koko Tribe.
